Christmas Appeal
Running for the month of December, our annual Christmas Appeal generates the funds for all capital expenses of the Health Centre and for doctor recruitment. Information will be mailed out.

The KDHSF is delighted that Dr. M. Van Der Leden will begin practising medicine at the Kinmount & District Health Centre early in 2025. If you wish to be added to the KDHC Patient Wait List, please use the electronic application form by clicking the following link: https://forms.gle/
If you do not have a computer, paper copies of this form will be available at both Kinmount pharmacies and can be dropped in the mail slot outside the KDHC.
To avoid disruptions at this very busy time for KDHC staff, please do not go to reception with your form or call to inquire about the status of your application. For further information please email kdhsf@kdhc.ca.
