If you wish to be added to the KDHC Patient Wait List, please use the electronic application form by clicking the following link: https://forms.gle/
If you do not have a computer, paper copies of this form will be available at both Kinmount pharmacies and can be dropped in the mail slot outside the KDHC.

Journey for Health – Sunday, August 13, 2023 9 am – 1 pm Austin Sawmill Heritage Park

Join in the fun and support the Kinmount & District Health Centre!
Ask for sponsors ahead of time, or make a donation on the day of Journey when you register with our volunteers in the picnic shelter at Austin Heritage Sawmill Park.
Bring your family, friends and neighbours and enjoy walking, jogging, or biking together on the beautiful Rail Trail from the park to the bridge south of Kinmount.
The entire Journey is approximately 6.8 km, round trip, but, of course, you may turn back at any time. Walking at a leisurely pace usually means the Journey will take from
1 1/2 to 2 hours. Many participants like to enjoy the view from the bridge for a while before heading back to the park.
