If you do not have a computer, paper copies of this form will be available at both Kinmount pharmacies and can be dropped in the mail slot outside the KDHC.

Dr. Mihu’s Retirement Celebration

The Kinmount District Health Services Foundation is hosting a community celebration to honour Dr. Mihu on the occasion of her retirement.
We hope Dr. Mihu’s patients and friends will participate in a memory garden pot by bringing along to the reception a pebble no larger than a quarter. We will glue all the pebbles to a garden pot for Dr. Mihu as amemento of all those whose lives she has touched during her years of service at the Kinmount and District Health Centre.
